WELF is authorised by the DFSA to provide the following Financial Services, subject to the scope of its DFSA licence and applicable laws and regulations:

Certain services may be provided on a discretionary basis pursuant to separate engagement documentation and applicable regulatory requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WELF’s services, communications, materials and website content are directed exclusively at persons who qualify as:

- as defined under the DFSA Conduct of Business Module (“COB”).

Client assets are generally held with independent third-party custodians, banks, brokers or financial institutions pursuant to separate contractual arrangements between the client and the relevant institution.

Where WELF arranges custody or provides advisory services in connection with custody arrangements, the relevant custodian or intermediary remains responsible for the safekeeping and administration of client assets in accordance with its own terms and regulatory obligations.

WELF reserves the right to request information and documentation necessary to satisfy applicable regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements and may decline to establish or continue a relationship where such requirements are not satisfied.

Clients wishing to submit a complaint regarding WELF’s services may contact WELF through the official contact channels available on the website.

Complaints are handled in accordance with WELF’s internal procedures and applicable DFSA requirements.
Governing Law
This website and its contents are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
