Where WELF arranges custody or provides advisory services in connection with custody arrangements, the relevant custodian or intermediary remains responsible for the safekeeping and administration of client assets in accordance with its own terms and regulatory obligations.

WELF reserves the right to request information and documentation necessary to satisfy applicable regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements and may decline to establish or continue a relationship where such requirements are not satisfied.
Complaints are handled in accordance with WELF’s internal procedures and applicable DFSA requirements.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
